White Sponges

Having used the sponges for many years in the marine cleaning industry,  we are experts on how to best us the sponges and the theory behind how they work so effectively.

To briefly summarise how they work we can compare them to a normal dish sponge, which is a mass of interlocked fibres, formed as a web. These fibres are roughly the thickness of a human hair. This is where the white sponge differs, it is the same makeup, an interlocking weave of fibres, however, the fibres that make up the white sponge are 50,000 times thinner than human hair, and are therefore able to fit into and clean the micro grooves on nearly all surfaces. These micro grooves are a great place for dirt and contaminants to live and to form stains, but with the white sponge, you are able to effectively clean inside these grooves and rid the surface of contaminants and staining. All without the need for chemicals.
